Abstract: This study proposes a concept of “Geтometria” that combines elements of bioinformatics, biomechanics, music and architecture. From a common philosophical and methodological position are considered: Odoevsky's piano, the principles of genetic coding and architecture of the past. Algorithms for scaling and visualization of nucleotide sequences were presented, which made it possible to identify the relationship between the biochemical parameters of DNA/RNA molecules with scale invariance, fractal clusters and symmetries. The presented algorithms made it possible to display the structure of the nucleotide sequences by visualizing them in spaces of various types. The proposed method contributes to an in-depth understanding of the principles of genetic coding, simplifying the perception of the genetic information.

Keywords: hidden symmetries, DNA, binary opposition, Pentagramon, music, Fibonacci numbers, fractals, visualization, history.
