Abstract: A brand-new form of our genetic code matrix is presented. This paper tells the story of the deciphering of its content. With the help of some elementary arithmetic functions and the famous Fibonacci sequence, we find most of our past results about the genetic code mathematical and the chemical structure of the twenty amino acids, all in one batch, i.e., all encoded in the matrix. We also find a link with a model of the genetic code, recently published, where the three amino acids sextets serine, arginine and leucine play a preponderant role, as well as with a new classification of the 20 amino acids, by ourselves, based on the use of the symmetric group S23.
Keywords: genetic code, codon matrix, Fibonacci sequence, Euler’s totient function, golden ratio.
